ONE SPOT

July 18, 2008 UPDATE:

CLEO IS ON MATERNITY LEAVE

You're looking at One Spot Now we call her Cleo here on the ranch, because of her deep brown adoring Cleopatra eyes.  At first, she's easy to overlook in the crowd.  She's not so pushy as the other dogs to get noticed.  But once you get her by herself, it takes all of 3 seconds to fall head over heels madly in love.  She will steal your heart away.

Her training as a Livestock Guardian Dog is nearing completion.  She is 95% of the way there and we intend to move her into the 'Trained' category of dogs for sale soon (and raise her price accordingly).

All of her puppy shots, including rabies - parvo - distemper - hepatitis and the rest, are complete.  She is on an annual schedule of booster shots now.

She is in excellent health and anxious to come see you.  She did have a hot spot in June, but it is all healed up nicely now.  There is still something of a bald spot on her rump where the hair is growing back (we shaved the area for better air circulation).

She has a superb personality, as is commonplace with the Great Pyrenees breed.  But this girl is especially well natured.  And she's and terrific around children.  Her typical 'MO' is this:  She will stroll up to you and patiently gaze up at you with those big brown adoring eyes that just beg for a pet on the head.  She doesn't have a mean bone in her body (unless an animal messes with her goats - then she's all business in true Livestock Guardian Dog fashion)..

Here are some more recent (7/10/08) photos of her:
