This 90 day Perfect Fit Guarantee also provides you with a reasonable period of time to take the animal to your vet for examination to verify the condition and health of the animal.  You are encouraged to have your veterinarian examine the dog during this period of time.   And this period of time can be used by you to evaluate the temperament and behaviors of the animal for suitability in your particular situation.

The 90 Day Perfect Fit Guarantee applies to every purchase.  If you should decide, for any reason whatsoever, to return your Great Pyrenees dog to us - you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price.  There are only two exceptions to the Perfect Fit Guarantee...  (1) Any delivery or transportation charges are nonrefundable and (2) Regrettably, any dog which dies as a result of an accident, or due to neglect, can not be returned for a refund.

30 DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE:  EVERY animal comes with a 30 day guarantee of good health.

1 YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE:  WE OFFER YOU A FULL YEAR ANIMAL HEALTH GUARANTEE.

The underlying concept for the One Year Health Guarantee is this:  We want you to continue to provide proper medical care for your Great Pyrenees.  As long as you do that, we will extend the 30 Day Health Guarantee for up to a year. 

LIFETIME HOME GUARANTEE:  WE OFFER A HOME FOR YOUR GREAT PYRENEES FOR THE REST OF HIS OR HER LIFE.

You, as the owner, of course may make a future decision to sell your dog or make a change in ownership as you see fit.  But should you ever find your self in the position of being unable to care for the animal, we don't want him or her to be abandoned, become a rescue or shelter dog, or worse.  If, for any reason, you find that you are unable to care for your Pyrenees, we will be happy to take the dog back. HEALTH GUARANTEE DETAILS (THE FINE PRINT):

1. Any animal covered under either Health Guarantee is to be promptly treated, or immediately returned to us.  We request that you notify us as soon as possible at Pyrenees Ranch about any medical problems your dog may encounter, however do not delay medical treatment pending this notification.  You are responsible for providing adequate medical treatment for your dog.  Do not wait for permission from us before seeking medical treatment.
    
2. The Health Guarantee can be used by you in one of two ways.  You may choose whichever scenario works best for you, but you may only opt to use ONE of them.
   
   SCENARIO A:  You can be reimbursed for vet bills and medicines.  This covers 100% of your out of pocket expenses, up to an amount equaling the original purchase price of the dog.  Retain your receipts and paid invoices.  You must be willing to provide us with a copy of those.  We reserve the right to examine proof of your expenses before authorizing any payment to you.
   
   SCENARIO B:  You may receive a full refund.  You are obligated to return the animal to us, except in the case of a deceased animal, in which case a death certificate shall be provided. 
    
3. The Health Guarantee does not cover any treatments described as routine care.  Those expenses are to be paid by you and will not be reimbursed.  This would include, but is not limited to, routine recommended vaccinations, heartworm preventative treatment, deworming, flea & tick control, vet health checks.
    
4. You need to understand that this Health Guarantee is not intended to be accident insurance, nor is there any coverage included for any type of accidents, or any condition which results from an accident.
    
5. Our maximum payment to you shall not exceed your original full purchase price. 
    
6. The Health Guarantees do not cover any transportation, feed, or any other related costs which you might incur.
    
7. Our health guarantees do not apply to animals described as rescue animals, due to our limited knowledge of their medical history.  The 90 day PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE, and the LIFETIME HOME GUARANTEE do however still apply to rescue animals.
    
8. The terms for the extended one year health guarantee are the same as described above, with the following exceptions:  To qualify for the extended one year health guarantee, you must keep the dog up to date on the treatments and vaccinations described above.  Retain your receipts and paid invoices.  You must be willing to provide us with a copy of those.  We reserve the right to examine proof of your expenses before authorizing any payment to you.
