| 1. You, as the owner, of course may make a future
decision to sell your dog or make a change in ownership but
PLEASE,
in the interest of these fine animals,
choose new owners responsibly. We
don't want any of the animals to be abandoned, become rescue/shelter dogs or
worse. If, for any reason, you find that you
are unable to care for your Pyrenees, we will be happy to take
the dog back no questions asked. We offer FOREVER
HOMES here at Pyrenees Ranch.

2. If within the first 90 days of ownership, you find that the
Pyrenees may not be the dog for you, we will give a
FULL REFUND of your purchase price upon
return of the dog. No questions asked.

3. We administer routine vaccines
(puppy shots, annual adult vaccines) & medications
(wormers, heartworm treatment, flea/tick control) ourselves at the ranch.
Rabies shots, tests, medical/emergency care, surgical procedures
or other care is administered by the licensed veterinarians of local
Fayetteville Animal Clinics. We will always defer to their
recommendations/expertise in matters of healthcare for our animals.
In the interest of these fine animals...
please honor your responsibility to provide appropriate healthcare
throughout their lives.
A healthcare record of your Pyrenees will be
provided in your new dog/puppy pack.

4.We stand behind the health & soundness
of our dogs... if you experience any problems in this area, we require that
you inform us of your concerns so that we may appropriately address the
situation with you and with any dogs from our ranch that may be affected.
For the first 30 days, we will refund your purchase
price upon return of the animal to us or vet certification that
the dog died as a result of illness not related to accident or neglect.
Under certain circumstances, the 30 day period referred to above can be
extended to a full year.
For specifics on our one year health guarantee see:
Pyrenees Ranch - Kennel Medical Policies
Remember, we offer a FOREVER HOME for
'our' Great Pyrenees dogs... no questions asked!!
In the interest of these fine animals...
contact us with any health/soundness concerns.

5. We recommend
neutering/spaying your animal but leave that decision up to you. At your
request, we will have a pup/dog altered for you before pickup for an
extra charge. We do require that full payment be completed first.
In the interest of these fine animals...
If you choose to breed your Great Pyrenees, understand that Great
Pyrenees often have large litters ... sometimes well over 10 pups ...
seriously consider the responsibility you have to ALL pups resulting from
the breeding. Be prepared to provide appropriate healthcare, housing,
feeding & emotional support. We encourage you to carefully choose homes
willing to provide the same.
CONTACT US
if you are unable to place your pups in an appropriate home or offer
the care they require.

6. We have a full disclosure
policy on our animals. In the interest of these
fine animals, you will be made fully aware of any & ALL issues
regarding a dog you are considering for purchase. This includes
temperament, health, behavior, guardian abilities, training, special needs
(if any), compatibility with other animals, etc. If we don't touch on
it, please ask!! We would like to insure a perfect fit between you,
the dog & their new responsibilities & environment.

Although some of these guidelines may seem harsh at
first glance, they are all written with deep concern for the well-being
of each of the dogs/pups at Pyrenees Ranch...Our greatest desire is that
each animal is afforded a happy, full, healthy life in a safe, loving
environment. Once you own a Great Pyrenees, you will understand that
this is the very least that these fine animals
deserve!
We wish you a lifetime of
service, devotion & mutual respect between you & your Great Pyrenees!
May you come to appreciate
these fine animals as much as we have...
